BBL/TF Hybrid – Day 3 & 4

Day 3- Bum Bum: done!  I was actually really sore from the hi it workout!!

Day 4- Off!  I joined WW’s today.  All that 350* and Jessica Simpson talk got me thinking!! Plus, after my first daughter was born I was very successful with WW.  I’m really excited, I need structure when it comes to nutrition…. flexible structure which is what WW offers.  Weigh-in’s are on Thursday, can’t wait.
